The so-called "inclusive society" can logically end in nothing other than barbarity. Civilisation is, by definition, a process of exclusion. To be - and to remain - civilised, a society must exclude that which is not civilised. That which is, to the contrary, barbaric. This is not to say that an exclusive society cannot be barbaric; a barbaric community may well exclude that which is civilised (the Islamic State is a prime example).
But an inclusive society will always end up in a barbaric state, because it cannot exclude barbarism. Exclusivity is not a guarantee of civilisation, but it is a condition for the existence of civilisation.
